Modernist Ceramics

We are pleased to announce our upcoming exhibit “Modernist Ceramics” of Ted and Marion DeGrazia! This is a retrospective of the functional, decorative, and fine art ceramics produced by the married artists in 1950’s and 60’s Tucson. Their own regional, rustic, mid-century-modern style permeates the work from Ted’s slip-cast production ware and tile murals, to Marion’s ceramic and driftwood sculptures and mosaic furniture. An opening reception for the exhibit will be held from 5-7 pm on Friday, September 2nd, 2016, at the Gallery in the Sun, where the exhibit will remain on display through January 25th, 2017.
