El Mercado – DeGrazia Paints the Marketplace

Paintings of the vendors, goods, and stalls of the public markets of old Mexico and Guatemala are featured in the new exhibit, “El Mercado – DeGrazia Paints the Marketplace”. This collection of more than three dozen paintings spans more than thirty years of Ted DeGrazia’s career, and reveals his enduring fascination with vendors and the marketplace. An opening reception for the exhibit will be held from 5 to 7 pm on Friday, January 27th, 2017 at the Gallery in the Sun, and the exhibit will remain on display through August 30th, 2017.
